CUPE offers many workshops to help you grow as a union member and an employee. These workshops range from Health and Safety, Stewarding, Executive Training, Anti-Bulling, and many more useful topics.

If you are not sure where to start CUPE 1431 recommends as many people as possible take the Introduction to Stewarding workshop because it is a great first step when getting involved with the union.
